I saw dead body kat tepi jalan on my way to work this morning. Its scary me (Kesian gile kay) org tu dah langgar then left the dead body kat tepi jalan mcm tu je and his feet touched the road. I felt dizzy because the face.....eyouwww~~hancur~~there's not even 1 car stop to see what happened and manage the body since everybody busy drove to work. Sgt kesian~~
I spend my weekend at home because of the very hot weather. Yours truly dressed down and loughing on sofas watching TV. Sangat panas, till I feel the sun light burn my skin underneath my cloth. Serious!! Its extremely hot. damn~~
Here I have some tips for preventing illness from the extremely hot weather
**Drink more fluids (the best is plain water) regardless of your activity level. Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink. Warning: If your doctor generally limits the amounts of fluids you drink or has you on water pills, ask him how much you should drink while the weather is hot.
**Don't drink liquids that contains alcohol or large amount of sugar, these actually cause you lose more body fluids. Also, avoid very cold drinks (ice) because they can cause stomach cramps.
**Stay indoor and if at all possible stay in an air-conditioner place. Even few hours spent in air conditioning can help your body stay cooler when you go back into the heat.
**Electric fans may provide comfort but when the temperature is in the high, fans will not prevent heat related illness, taking a cool shower or bath, or moving to air conditioned place is much better is a way to cooling off.
**wear lightweight, light colored, loose fitting clothing
** Never leave anyone in a closed, park vehicles
**Al tough any one at any time can suffer from heat, some people risk that other. Check regularly on
-Infants and young children
-people aged 65 and above
-People who have mental illness
-Those who are physically ill, especially with heart disease or high blood pressure
**Limit your outdoor activity to morning and evening hours
**Cut down on exercise. If you must exercise, add 2-4 glasses of plain water each hour. A sport beverage can replace the salt and minerals you lose in sweat.
**Try to rest often in shady areas
**Protect yourself from the sun by wearing sunscreen or UV protection a wide-brimmed hat (also keep you coller) and sunglasses.
