I made complaint to XX net company since last week till last Tuesday. Everytime I follow up the progress report they said the technician this la that la and i'm sick of so many excuses they made plus the boss keep on saying this and that. So, my suggestion is CUSTOMER SERVICE department change to EXCUSES department. Baru la kena kan.
