Enjoy your Favourite FooD
- Chocolate, Ice Cream, cake or anything. Once in a while, if you want come on just have it.

Be Good To Others
- Give a sincere compliment to your colleauges/family circles or maybe you can help anybody who needs some help.

Love Animal
- If you are not a pet's lover, it's ok. As long as you are not kicking them or get them hurts. For An animal's lover, pampering your cat before you go to work.

Plan A Holiday(Happy thought)
- When everythings get done, take a break. Plan a holiday with friends/family/love one.

Do a good thing everyday in the morning
- Give some donations to beggar who needs some money/foods.
